Paul plays an active role in the management and launch of new real estate funds. In a proactive and collaborative manner, he also supervises the implementation of financing as well as the origination, structuring and execution of real estate acquisitions. He develops tailor-made solutions, connecting entrepreneurs from the Atlantic Arc and investors, while taking into account the financial and non-financial requirements of Épopée Gestion.

Before joining Épopée Gestion, Paul began his career at Primonial REIM as an analyst in the Asset Management department, before joining the teams at BNP Paribas REIM where he held several positions in succession. As Fund Advisor, he played an active role in the development of pan-European real estate funds and, in particular, coordinated acquisitions throughout Europe. Previously, he was Investment Manager at FREO France on Value-Add and opportunistic strategies.

A sportsman at heart, Paul enjoys running and cycling. Every year, he likes to set himself a new challenge to push his limits.
