Our Climate and
Biodiversity Policy

At Épopée Gestion, we believe that acting at the local level, and in particular supporting the trend towards decentralisation from large cities, is one of the best solutions to help companies become more resilient in the face of climate change and threats to biodiversity, and thus create the conditions for more virtuous business models.

Our territorial roots and our ambition to reinvest in the regions are reflected in our desire to contribute to the protection of the ecosystems that surround us, including by drawing on local resources. This is reflected both in the internal practices that we develop (mobility policy, responsible purchasing, etc.) and in our investment strategies.

We are convinced that knowledge of local issues and the specific needs associated with them makes it possible to reduce the impact on biodiversity and to control certain climate impacts (knowledge of end users and their needs, reduction of transport, etc.).

We have joined the OID (Observatory of Sustainable Real Estate), which is an independent forum for the real estate sector to discuss sustainable development. ‘Thinking real estate responsibly’ is the raison d’être of the OID, which brings together more than 80 members and partners, including leaders in the commercial real estate sector in France, across its entire value chain. The OID is an association that actively participates in the rise of these issues in France and internationally, through a plan of actions in the field and with public authorities.
