Daring, Compassion, Approachability.

These are the values that we have chosen, together, through brainstorming and team-building workshops. We have given them meaning, for ourselves and for the company. These three words represent a common foundation, a keystone that allows us both to recognise ourselves and to make ourselves known. The definitions behind these values are meaningful and express what makes us different, what makes us strong, the Épopée Gestion DNA. It is by sharing these common values and this same corporate culture, that we will continue to move forward in this great epic, guided by a common compass, an ambition that drives us and in which we believe so strongly: to reinvest in the regions.

    Our roadmap is guided by the desire to think big and to think outside the box. We are firmly convinced that it is still possible to build a sustainable world for the future. Our hope is fuelled by the actions we are implementing to reinvest in regions.

  • Commitment

    We are fundamentally committed to a Corporate Social Responsibility approach, and we challenge stakeholders on ESG criteria to apply them within our activities. We apply to ourselves what we advocate to others. ESG commitment is part of the Épopée Gestion DNA and raison d'être.

  • Entrepreneurship

    We facilitate initiative taking in the projects we support. We encourage those who have ideas and want to implement them to create a business geared towards building a sustainable society.

  • Difference

    We diversify our recruitment to promote diversity in our teams, in terms of gender, education and experience. At Épopée Gestion our workforce is 45% female.

  • In Middle Office, we are the nerve centre between underwriters, our investment teams and our external partners. When an error is identified, we report it transparently and establish an improved process.
