Customer complaint handling policy

To ensure that we have received the complaint, we recommend that the customer sends it to us with a request for an acknowledgement of receipt.
Declaration processing times:
Épopée Gestion undertakes to acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 10 days, in the event that their complaint cannot be processed more quickly.
From the date of this acknowledgement of receipt, the request will be processed within a period not exceeding 2 months.

Conflict of interest prevention and management policy
Épopée Gestion has formalised a conflict of interest management policy and implemented specific organisational (resources and procedures) and control measures to prevent, identify and manage conflicts of interest that could harm the interests of its clients.
Nevertheless, if any conflicts of interest arise, they will be managed in the client’s interest, i.e. fairly and by providing the client with full and appropriate information.
Epopée Gestion is an independent management company in the exercise of its activities.
Thus, depending on the conflict of interest situation, Epopée Gestion takes the liberty to:
- Carry out the activity or transaction to the extent that the organisation allows appropriate management of the potential conflict of interest situation.
- Inform the client in the event that certain conflicts of interest may remain and provide them with the necessary information on their nature and origin.
- Where appropriate, not carry out the activity or transaction giving rise to a conflict of interest.
Epopée Gestion is responsible for managing any conflict of interest, from its detection to its appropriate handling. As such, Epopée Gestion has set up an organisation that makes it possible to:
- prevent the occurrence of conflicts of interest by raising the awareness of all its staff of the rules and codes of good internal and industry conduct, and by implementing strict rules and procedures:
- implementation of an internal control system.
- separation of functions that may generate potential conflicts.
- constant monitoring to ensure that the products and services offered by Épopée Gestion to its clients correspond to their profile and expectations, and never conflict with their interests.
- prohibition of personal transactions that do not comply with the rules established by the company.
- training or raising awareness among all staff of good professional practice.
- identifying the situations of conflicts of interest that could harm the interests of clients, by mapping the risks of these conflicts of interest. This mapping specifies the activities or operations in which a conflict of interest is likely to occur. The role of the RCCI (Compliance and Internal Control Officer) at Epopée Gestion is to ensure that this mapping is kept up to date;
- manage potential conflicts of interest:
- by providing clients with comprehensive and objective information, refraining from using biased arguments while pointing out the constraints and risks associated with certain products or transactions.
- by requiring employees to declare to the RCCI any gifts and benefits received in accordance with the rules laid down by Épopée Gestion, as well as any conflicts of interest in which they may find themselves, as soon as they arise.
