Laurence is involved in the management of the Épopée Hôtels I fund, which is dedicated to the acquisition and renovation of hotel assets in the French Atlantic Arc. She is responsible for the origination and structuring of acquisitions and operational monitoring, while ensuring that the fund’s financial and ESG objectives are met. Its cross-functional role allows it to intervene in all aspects of the fund’s life and to be attentive to the expectations of investors, partners and holdings.

Laurence began her career in the hotel industry, joining the finance team at the Four Seasons Hotel in Geneva, then moving to JLL as a consultant in the Hotels department. She then joined Mazars, where, for six years, she assisted real estate and hotel professionals with their financial transactions and development projects.
