With over 13 years of experience in private equity, she draws on her in-depth knowledge of the regional entrepreneurial fabric. Thoughtful and deeply attentive to leaders, Gaëlle works with them to build the solution best suited to their ambitions.

Gaëlle has built her career in private equity by alternating between M&A advisory (Sodica), majority funds (Naxicap Partners) and minority funds (Rives Croissance, Arkéa Capital). Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, she has also led a project to set up a fund dedicated to special situations to support underperforming companies.

Gaëlle never travels without a pair of running shoes in her suitcase. Always striving to surpass herself, she tackles a range of distances — 10 km, half marathons, marathons, trail runs — and constantly sets herself new goals to improve her performance.
