As an Asset Manager in commercial real estate, Franck drives the value creation and performance of the assets in the portfolio. He draws on his knowledge of regional markets and their players to bridge investment strategy and the operational reality of the assets. Driven by strong convictions in favor of sustainable real estate, he applies his ESG and SRI expertise to ensure that environmental considerations are effectively integrated into the portfolio.

Franck has 28 years of experience in commercial real estate, including 15 years heading asset management at a management company, covering both Asset Management and Property Management. As a member of the Investment and Divestment Committee, he was also in charge of the operational management of the external service providers working on the assets. He has been a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) since 2015.

A passionate fan of metal concerts and festivals, Franck also loves capturing the energy of the stage through photography, playing with stage lighting and catching emotions in the moment.
