Épopée Gestion, a regional investment company co-founded by Charles Cabillic and Ronan Le Moal, announces the acquisition of an office property on behalf of its OPPCI Épopée Immo Rendement I. Covering nearly 5,000 m², the ‘Vizio’ building is located in the heart of the EuroNantes business district, close to the train station.

Delivered in 2019 and certified BREEAM* Very Good, the asset is fully leased to a major banking group, a key player in the French economy and a leading employer in the region. EuroNantes, a major business district in the immediate proximity of the high-speed train station, is an attractive employment hub in the heart of the city, offering a harmonious mix of offices, housing and numerous local shops and services.
An operation in line with Épopée Gestion’s regional strategy
This acquisition, worth approximately €17 million, is part of Épopée Gestion’s investment strategy to expand its property portfolio, which now consists of 51 assets, thereby reaffirming its position as a key player in the regional property asset segment. The transaction is being carried out through its Épopée Immo Rendement I fund, which targets high-performing commercial assets located in dynamic regional markets, offering rental visibility and a sustainable contribution to local economic activity.
Arnaud Lehuédé, Real Estate Partner at Épopée Gestion, states: “With this iconic asset in the heart of EuroNantes, a few steps away from our Nantes offices, we are strengthening our presence in one of the most attractive markets in the Atlantic Arc. The building offers an excellent level of technical quality and is occupied by a leading tenant, guaranteeing long-term visibility that is perfectly aligned with the financial and extra-financial objectives of our Épopée Immo Rendement I fund.”
