Épopée Transitions I is dedicated to financing SMEs located in the French regions. The targeted companies are mature, profitable businesses with ambitious plans for internal, external or international growth, capital transfers or business model transformations.

We believe in bringing investors and entrepreneurs together to accelerate the transition towards sustainable business models. We also believe that value creation goes hand in hand with the integration of an ESG strategy, in particular to support the necessary transformation of business models.

The fund is classified under Article 8 of the SFDR regulations, meaning that it promotes environmental or social characteristics. We support each of our portfolio companies’ ESG approach by establishing specific ESG indicators and annual roadmaps. We contribute to carrying out studies alongside management and provide them with a range of resources to accelerate their ESG strategy and expectations in the face of regulatory challenges.
