SLP Épopée Hôtels I

In response to the growing demand for tourism in the French Atlantic Arc, Épopée Gestion has created a fund dedicated to the hotel industry to help meet the many challenges facing this sector (modernising reception facilities, moving upmarket, etc.).

With a target size of €200m, the Épopée Hôtels I fund aims to acquire around ten hotels over 8 years. They will be renovated, repositioned and modernised, with added services, so the hotels meet the standards demanded by today’s consumers. Épopée Gestion’s aim is to help these hotels transition to sustainable tourism.

The fund is classified under Article 8 of the SFDR regulations, meaning that it promotes environmental or social characteristics. The fund has set itself two ambitious ESG objectives: “Clef verte” certification for hotels, and job preservation and creation. At acquisition, each hotel obtains an SRI rating and an improvement target, which we monitor yearly.
