Florence is in charge of communication at Épopée Gestion and supports the portfolio companies in their needs, particularly to increase their visibility during fundraising. A recognised expert in strategic communication and public relations, Florence applies her exacting standards and rigour to committed communication in line with the company’s values. She makes sure she is always accessible and fosters relationships of trust both internally and with external partners.

After starting her career at Financo, where she held a number of positions of responsibility (management control, audit, risk management), Florence turned to communications in 2011. She joined Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, where she managed the group’s external communications for almost 10 years, before founding Blue Odyssée, a communications strategy and press relations consultancy. Florence has been with Épopée Gestion since its creation, before becoming its communications director in 2023.

Always at full throttle, even at the weekend, Florence surfs all year round in Brittany and takes advantage of her travels to seek out the best waves on the Atlantic coast.
