Her expertise
Gaëlle manages Épopée Villae, a fund dedicated to the revitalisation of rural areas. This fund finances services offered in third places or multi-service shops in municipalities with fewer than 5,000 inhabitants. Thanks to her commitment and proximity to the regions, Gaëlle ensures that local initiatives that strengthen the dynamism and social cohesion of these small communities are supported.
Her background
Gaëlle spent most of her professional career in Quebec, where she worked with the largest paediatric teaching hospital in Canada, which recruited her for its foundation. Before joining Épopée Gestion, Gaëlle worked for the Quimper-based Massé Trévidy foundation, which specialises in helping people in difficulty.
Meet Gaëlle outside of work
Anchored in Breton culture, Gaëlle devotes more than ten hours a week to Breton dancing. She learned Breton a few years ago and now sings at fest-noz or concerts, sharing her love of the language and traditions every week, whether in Brittany or elsewhere in France.
