Louis works as a real estate analyst with dual expertise in asset management and investment, mainly in the South-West region of France. Thanks to his local presence and intellectual curiosity, he is able to optimize the value of portfolio assets and enhance the reliability of investment analysis. Resilient and attentive to the specifics of his region, Louis plays an active role in defining strategic action plans for assets located in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, in operational and financial monitoring of the portfolio, and in market analysis and financial modeling for acquisition projects.

After four years in the USA as a student-athlete, Louis specialized in corporate finance. He began his career in the start-up world, before joining Swiss Life Asset Managers in real estate asset management, within the service sector division. Louis then joined Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s International Graduate Program, where he contributed to real estate development projects in the Paris region and Copenhagen, before joining Épopée Gestion.

Louis is passionate about outdoor sports, including tennis, cycling, running, padel and motorcycling. These activities not only give him the opportunity to take on new challenges, but also to discover new horizons and meet new people.
