He defines and implements CapEx plans, manages external service providers and supervises the technical management of buildings. Thanks to his sense of service and his ability to listen carefully, he ensures customer satisfaction while optimising the valuation and liquidity of the buildings. By integrating new digital tools, he promotes clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.

After starting his career in real estate asset valuation and consultancy at VIF Expertise, Paul has been working in Asset Management since 2018, first at AEW (Natixis) and then at Goodman.
