Virginie works in the legal, accounting, tax and social fields, thus ensuring a comprehensive and rigorous management of the company’s finances. By creating a positive and caring atmosphere, she transforms the perception of her profession, which is often seen as complex. Her enthusiasm and her ability to establish relationships of trust with her colleagues contribute to a harmonious working dynamic, which is essential to guarantee the transparency and financial rigour of the organisation.

After 10 years of experience in an accounting firm, Virginie joined Charles Cabillic’s W3 Group in 2016 as administrative and financial manager. When Epopée Gestion was launched in 2020, she took over as financial director of the management company co-founded by Ronan Le Moal and Charles Cabillic.

Virginie loves hiking, which allows her to enjoy nature and recharge her batteries for new challenges.
