At the end of 2022, the Épopée Immo Rendement I Fund completed the acquisition of an office property, the ‘Turin’ building, located in Mérignac on the outskirts of Bordeaux, in the immediate proximity of the airport and benefiting from excellent public transport links. Developed by Nexity, Turin is certified BREEAM* level Good and meets the environmental expectations of the Fund, which holds the SRI label.
This 5,000 m2 asset, delivered in September 2022, is occupied by several long-term tenants: Flex-O, a national coworking company; Adenes, a creator of expertise, consulting, auditing and accounting solutions; Aerospacelab, an aerospace company; and the Eat Salad restaurant chain.
