Qovoltis, operator of charging stations for electric vehicles, announces a major fund-raising round of 45 million euros. This will enable Qovoltis to accelerate its commercial development in the hospitality and corporate sectors, as well as to market its new intelligent charging station, the “Qobox mini”. This round of financing, led by Épopée Gestion alongside historic investors Andera Partners and Pâris Mouratoglou, reflects the commitment of all parties involved to supporting the transition to low-carbon mobility.

Qovoltis benefits from the support of leading investors in this new financing round, demonstrating their confidence in the company’s technological advance and the vision of its founder Ehsan Emami:
- Épopée Gestion, is backing Qovoltis for the first time via its Épopée Infra Climat I fund, thus reaffirming its commitment to the energy transition. This investment is in line with the company’s commitment to developing the attractiveness of regions by making it possible to install charging stations throughout the region;
- Andera Partners, a leading player in private equity;
- Pâris Mouratoglou, the green energy entrepreneur, in a personal capacity.
These last two investors, already present at the time of the first fund-raising in 2022, are continuing their support by providing additional capital.
This new round of financing marks an important step in the development of the company, whose governance has been strengthened with the appointment of Jonathan Trepo Lantelme as CEO of Qovoltis. Qovoltis’ ambition is to massively expand the deployment of its solution among professionals and private individuals, in order to reach the threshold of 10,000 charging stations commercialized per year by 2026. With this fund-raising, Qovoltis now has the resources to finance the deployment of its charging stations for its hotel and business customers, who can now opt for the installation of charging stations fully financed by Qovoltis.
