OPPCI Épopée Immo Rendement I

Épopée Gestion’s aim is to accelerate the real estate dynamic in the cities of the French Atlantic Arc, to enhance regional appeal and create complete ecosystems in the French regions. Épopée Immo Rendement I has an investment capacity of over €260 million. The fund can also intervene directly with regional companies through sale & leaseback operations to strengthen their investment capacity and allow them to develop their operational activities.

The fund is classified under Article 8 of the SFDR regulations, meaning that it promotes environmental or social characteristics. Since 2022, the fund has held the “Label ISR” (Socially Responsible Investment). For each of our assets, we determine an SRI rating and an improvement target, which we monitor through action plans.
