Organised by Investissement Conseils magazine, the Responsible Finance Awards recognise management companies that place ESG and SRI considerations at the heart of their approach and highlight the most committed and successful financial and real estate funds.
On 9 October 2025, we were delighted to receive first prize in the ‘Professional Funds’ category for our OPPCI Épopée Immo Rendement I fund.
Launched in 2021, this fund aims to enhance the attractiveness of cities in the French Atlantic Arc by supporting the decentralisation of major metropolitan areas. With a target size of €300 million under management, the fund invests in commercial real estate assets, mainly in areas undergoing revitalisation, in order to support sustainable regional development.
Classified as an Article 8 fund under SFDR regulations, it promotes environmental and social characteristics. The fund has also been certified with the SRI Label since 2022.
At the heart of our approach, ESG guides each of our decisions to provide long-term support to regions and strengthen the resilience of our assets. This award illustrates the relevance of this vision and testifies to the remarkable work of our teams.
