While the debates on reindustrialisation and the preservation of industrial sovereignty are driving political and economic discourse in France, revealing the potential and value of the new generation is a major challenge for our regions.
Convinced that great entrepreneurial stories are not only written in major cities, the ‘Épopée Deloitte Les 40’ ranking aims to highlight the women and men who are shaping the future of the regions. With this second edition, alongside Deloitte, we are continuing our mission: to reward the most promising personalities under the age of 40 in the French Western region.
Some of them are carrying on family traditions, while others, whether entrepreneurs or deeply involved in their organisations, are innovating and creating in order to meet the challenges facing our regions. Whether they are entrepreneurs, managers, engineers or committed individuals, they are all working to build an innovative and inclusive future.
The ‘Épopée Deloitte Les 40’ ranking does not just recognise entrepreneurial success, it also offers an inspiring vision of the future. The French Western region is fertile ground for innovation and entrepreneurship, and its young people are ready to take on any challenge that comes their way.
In this quest for renewal and consolidation of the regional economy, the role of the new generation coming through is becoming essential in guiding the regions towards a prosperous and sovereign future. By supporting and encouraging them, we are helping to lay the foundations for a strong, competitive and resilient economy for generations to come.
We invite you to discover the faces of these 40 personalities who work every day, with determination and passion, to enhance the value and attractiveness of our regions.
