Editorial
The collective intelligence of our companies in the French Western region, commitment, innovation, but also the proof of an entrepreneurial, resilient and modern state of mind… So many values that we are proud to see embodied in this new edition of the ‘Épopée Deloitte les 40’ ranking, which aims to highlight the women and men who are shaping the future of the regions.
Discovering these 40 personalities under the age of 40, of course, means recognising that they reflect the economic dynamism of the up-and-coming companies of Brittany and the Pays de la Loire. But it also means highlighting their actions in response to the many transformations that drive them, whether digital, societal or environmental. And of course, at the heart of these transformations now is this major challenge: artificial intelligence (AI).
Much more than a simple technological evolution, it represents a true revolution in the way we conceive, produce, decide and manage. For our companies and industries, it opens up new perspectives in terms of productivity, competitiveness and value creation.
Agile and exemplary in the face of these transformations, these business leaders are resolutely aware of the issues, the contributions, but also the challenges that AI will bring about within their companies.
For the French Western region, the true cradle of an economic fabric combining dynamic companies and cutting-edge industries, the integration of AI is a formidable lever for development, making it possible in particular to analyse vast quantities of data in record time, facilitating more informed decisions and better targeted strategies. AI will also optimise production processes and predictive equipment maintenance. The end customer himself will benefit from this revolution through improved interfaces and personalised recommendation systems.
In 2025, we at Épopée Gestion and Deloitte Grand Ouest are delighted to support, encourage and present to you, through this ranking, the new rising generation, which has become indispensable for the development and attractiveness of each of our regions.
